The Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC) partnered with the Technology & Manufacturing Association and other state manufacturing groups in a joint effort to survey their members as to how they were handling the pandemic demands and any correlation of that response to the members’ adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies.
The September/October 2021 edition of TMA’s News Bulletin is scheduled to focus on IMEC’s study findings and hopefully launch a conversation on how crucial it is for small to mid-sized manufacturers in Illinois to embrace the automation movement.
