The Association is delighted to announce that TMA students pursuing training in mold making and tool & die making will soon be provided first-hand exposure to EDM Wire and EDM Sinker skills, thanks to a joint donation of two EDM machines from the Mitsubishi Corporation and MC Machinery.
TMA’s first 2024 Golf Outing was a hot one, but for more reasons than the Chicago temperature at Bridges of Poplar Creek! Over 150 golfers participated this year, along with an array of warm wishes from TMA sponsors and partners, as well as great scores and several very long drives!

SCHAUMBURG – The Technology & Manufacturing Association initiated the 2024-2025 TMA Board of Directors at the group’s 98th Annual Meeting held March 9th at the Mazak Corporation’s Schaumburg Headquarters.
VILLA PARK – Making things in Illinois was the weekly videocast “Smoke Filled Room” topic, featuring two owners of small manufacturing companies in the Chicago area, a state lawmaker, and a couple of political insiders.
SCHAUMBURG – TMA’s Christians in Manufacturing hosted their 47th Annual Prayer Breakfast November 3 at the Schaumburg Golf Club.
