ELK GROVE VILLAGE – A group of nearly 60 graduates completed a three-year skills training course in Related Theory and stepped into high-demand careers with no debt – emphasizing a growing interest and renewed respect for solid careers in the essential manufacturing industry.
The Technology & Manufacturing Association, headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, currently offers what industry insiders refer to as the “gold standard” in training for three high-demand manufacturing careers in Tool & Die Making, Mold Making, and CNC Programming.
In addition to the excellent quality training TMA offers, nearly 100% of the time, small to mid-sized manufacturers provide TMA’s training as a benefit to their employees especially interested in advancing their careers.
In May, those employers, the newly-certified team members in which their employers invested financially to advance their various skills, and those employees’ families and friends gathered to celebrate exciting futures in the manufacturing industry at TMA’s 2022 Related Theory Graduation.
