Evanston, IL – Ward Manufacturing Co., an ISO 9001:2015 registered, fourth generation family-owned contract manufacturer specializing in progressive die metal stamping, deep drawn metal stamping, and compound die metal stamping, has acquired The Line Group, an Arlington Heights, IL based manufacturer of precision metal stampings, metal fabrications and electro-mechanical assemblies since 1956.
The acquisition was finalized on March 31st, 2024. The Line Group operations have been transitioned to the Ward Manufacturing facilities in Evanston, and Line Group customer inventory of finished products is currently being shipped. Ward has also carried over key Line Group production staff to ensure further continuity and added expertise to the entire Ward team.
