Streamwood H S buys metrology gauges with TMA Education Fund’s help

Streamwood High School students will be learning the importance of “measure twice, cut once” with their tech department’s new metrology gauges provided by a $12,463.35 grant from Technology & Manufacturing Association’s Education Foundation this week.

The funds will be used by the Chicago area school to buy an optical comparator, a roughness gauge, double end thread plug gauges, go/no-go ring gauges, countersink gauges, and go/no-go gauge pin sets.
