From the Technology & Manufacturing Association (3/26/2020):
The U.S. Department of Labor has provided information for employers on the new federal law regarding paid sick leave and expanded FMLA due to COVID-19. The new federal law applies to employers of 500 employees and less.
The Department also is finalizing the notice that is required to be posted by employers regarding the new benefit mandates. TMA will provide the notice when it is available.
