WAUCONDA – Manufacturers the size of HM Manufacturing in Wauconda Illinois face an array of challenges – some similar to big companies and others very different.
The company president and TMA Board member Nicole Wolter’s thoughts were featured in a Forbes interview with industry writer Jim Vinoski.
Wolter’s shared her thoughts after the National Association of Manufacturers’ annual Board of Directors’ meeting in D.C.
They discussed the skilled labor shortage, the future factory, the reduction of regulatory red tape, the minimum wage, as well as emergency preparedness.
