COVID-19 Update: NY Manufacturers offer free 3D printing medical mask pattern online
“Health care workers are on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Budmen Industries is leading the charge to produce 3D printed devices to support health care workers,” says the opening page of the company’s website.
Budmen Industries of New York State is providing online 3D printed device instructions to make masks for health care workers – and providing a networking connection to boot.
“We started thinking about how can we help, what is something that we could do, with the resources available to us, to help the health care workers,” Budmen told the New York Daily News. “We thought, ‘that’s something a 3D printer can do.’”
